Something Fishy
This morning when we went for a walk, I found a
whole fish
Mom said it was a
perch. All I know is that it smelled...really yummy.
So I started eating it.

First the head... It was not like the fish that Mom cooks for me every day.
It had
eyes and fins. Its skin was colored
and tough. When I bit into it, it was crunchy, stretchy &
tough. Mom told me I could bring it home.
So off we went. heading home
Down the road
with my fish.
When we got home, Mom made me wash it off
because
I had dropped it in the dirt on the way home a few times. It was such a
yummy fish.
I kept chewing and chewing on it.
I licked it too

but it was very rough on my tongue.
The more I chewed the better it tasted.
So
I
chewed & chewed & chewed
. It was just
soooo
fishy
good!
Mom started calling me "Fish Lips" for some
reason.
Sometimes I would hold it up for Mom to see
what a good job I was doing
of eating my perch.
She said I was a mess,
but she let me
keep eating it.
It was almost half gone and I was getting all tuckered out. I didn't
want to stop eating because it was so
tasty
But I was
getting
very tired. What a great treat that was!
Then Mom made me go wash off before
we went in the house.
